Longtime Jones County Auto Dealership Has New Ownership
If you grew up near Anamosa, Iowa, as I did, one of the constants in town was Wayne Hall Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The dealership at 507 East Main Street welcomed countless customers for decades. Now, thanks to new ownership, it has a bright future.
Over Six Decades of Car Deals in Anamosa
Wayne Hall started the dealership in Anamosa back in 1957. It would serve not only Jones County, but residents from across Eastern Iowa for years to come. But in August of 2025, the dealership announced that it would be closing its service department, and sales would continue only until the current inventory was sold off. It appeared like the end of an era.

The post states that the service department will be softly opening as of April 21st, and encourages customers to call to make an appointment. The new owners also confirmed in the comments that the Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge brands will remain at the historic dealership.
