Who's ready for some delicious carbs?! Thanks to a new post from NewBo City Market, we now know about a new pop-up shop that will be visiting Cedar Rapids. Bottoms Up Bagels out of Baltimore, Maryland is going to be setting up shop inside the market for a few weeks in April.

According to the official website"Bottoms Up Bagels® is a small batch bagel shop, preparing handmade, authentic NJ style bagels (yes, we boil them), house cured lox and specialty cream cheeses. Inspired by traditions of bagel-making dating back to the 1940s, these Jersey girls and friends founded BUB in 2015." Some of the bagel flavors available include Everything, Pumpernickel, Cinnamon Raisin, Onion, Garlic, and Old Bay. They can be paired with the Garden State Veggie Cream Cheese, the Sesame Sriracha Cream Cheese, the Bacon Horseradish Cream Cheese, the House Smoked Jalapeño Cream Cheese, and more! NewBo City Market's Facebook post says that Bottoms Up Bagels will also offer "various types of deli-type items," like sandwiches.

Bottoms Up Bagels will be bringing their BUB Roadshow to Cedar Rapids from April 7th to April 23rd. They will be open inside the culinary kitchen at NewBo City Market Wednesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Their latest stop on the roadshow is Columbus, Ohio - you can get updates from Bottoms Up Bagels on their Facebook page HERE. We can't wait to give them a try!

The addition of Bottoms Up Bagels comes at a good time for NewBo City Market. According to recent articles from the Cedar Rapids Gazette, both Pinoy Cafe and Torch Kitchen are closing their doors. We are excited to see who will be moving in next!
