A New Breakfast & Lunch Bistro Has Opened in Marion

The next time you're shopping for greenery for your yard, you'll also be able to enjoy some coffee and food! Bistro @ Blooms has officially opened inside of Blooms Garden Center in Marion.

Located at 1440 Blairs Ferry Road, Blooms Garden Center is a popular place to purchase flowers, shrubs, trees, house plants, and plant & garden accessories. In addition to shopping, the Blooms campus is now home to another business called Bistro @ Blooms. The new eatery offers breakfast, lunch, pastries, and coffee to hungry Blooms customers and anybody else that wants to stop in!

All of the pastries, breads, and fillings at Bistro @ Blooms are made in-house, so you know that everything you're getting is fresh. They haven't been open long, but some of the items they've served up so far include croissants, cinnamon rolls, kolaches, cookies, muffins, and coffee cake. The lunch menu features a variety of different salads and sandwiches, with one breakfast sandwich that has a cinnamon roll bun! The specials rotate daily and the menu will change each season.

As far as coffee goes, Bistro @ Blooms gets their beans from two local companies: Iowa Coffee Roasters of Marion and Capanna Coffee Roasters of North Liberty.

Bistro @ Blooms current hours are Monday through Friday from from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. They also have a conference room available by reservation.
