If the Chick-fil-A in front of Lindale Mall in Cedar Rapids is one of your regular stops, you may need to find a temporary replacement! According to a recent Facebook post from Chick-fil-A Lindale, the popular fast food location is going to be closed beginning next week.

Starting next Monday, March 27th, Chick-fil-A Lindale will be shutting its doors for a bit of remodeling. The official post from the eatery reads:

"Attention! Chick-Fil-A Lindale will be temporarily closed starting March 27th. During this time we will be improving our Drive Thru to best serve you every day! Thank you for your patience during this process."

It doesn't say how long the location will be closed for, but the post does note that they will be sharing updates and the reopening date on their Facebook page HERE.

The good news is, Cedar Rapids has another Chick-fil-A on the other side of town that hungry customers can visit! Chick-fil-A Westdale is located at 2610 Edgewood Rd SW and there are no recent posts indicating that the fast food restaurant will be closed for any reason. Their hours are Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Another option for chicken-lovers is the brand new Raising Cane's location in Cedar Rapids! The official grand opening for the eatery just took place this past Tuesday (March 21st) and it's right down the street from Chick-fil-A Lindale at 230 Collins Rd NE. The only issue is the wait you'll likely endure, since so many people are eager to check it out! Raising Cane's Cedar Rapids is open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight.
