98.1 KHAK First Responder Friday Salutes Timothy Haerther
Each Friday morning at 6:30 a.m., 98.1 KHAK's Brain & Courtlin pay tribute to an eastern Iowa First Responder. The weekly honoree receives a $25 gift card to Wild Hogs Saloon and Eatery in Walford and a $25 gift card to Honor and Respect.
Today we honor Timothy Haerther, who was nominated by Laura Haerther! The entry reads:
"Tim has been a volunteer firefighter on the Newhall Fire Department for just over 5 years. He is so selfless and wants to help anyway he can. From fires to car accidents, he puts his life on the line for others without hesitation. He is truly a hero in Tilly and Laura’s eyes!"
