2018 Trick-Or-Treat Times for Eastern Iowa [LIST]

Halloween is only about a week away now, which means we are just about ready for some TRICK-OR-TREATING! There are all sorts of great Halloween-related events coming up this weekend (you can see a list HERE), but when it comes to city-wide trick-or-treating, most cities will be having that on actual Halloween, which isn't until next Wednesday. KCRG published a list of known trick-or-treat times for various cities here in Eastern Iowa. Here are a few of the
