It happens every 4 years.  The biggest soccer tournament in the world.  The World Cup.  The tournament begins in Brazil today.  Soccer here in the United States is a fast growing sport.  When I was in school, we didn't even have a team.  Now, soccer is a popular choice for kids.  My son and daughter have both played in youth leagues.  I admit, I love watching it occasionally, especially when the U.S. team is playing.  But if you're like me, you just can't grasp all the rules of the game.
