The Wisconsin Badgers left Kinnick Stadium with a win over the Iowa Hawkeyes Saturday afternoon and the Heartland Trophy. Wisconsin had an answer for Iowa's offense and the Hawks had to settle for field goals in the 17-9 loss to the Badgers.

Wisconsin came into the game as the #10 ranked team in the country. Even with Wisconsin controlling the game, they still fell in both the Coaches and A.P polls today. Both polls have Wisconsin now ranked 11th and the Badgers will face #6 Nebraska in Madison, WI next Saturday.

The Hawks have a bye week coming up next Saturday and will next face Penn St on Saturday November 5th in Happy Valley, PA.
