All of the sudden about two weeks ago, I developed what seemed like the worst "tennis elbow" I've ever had. One problem...  I haven't played tennis in years. This morning, I went to the chiropractor, looking for help.

The pain I've been dealing with is on the large bone on the outside of my right elbow. WebMD tells me it's the Humerus, but I assure you there's nothing funny about the pain. I have no idea what caused it, but picking up stuff has never been more of a challenge. That and a firm handshake, which also hurts terribly. I began to realize over the weekend that I also had pain in the upper right side of my chest, my shoulder blade, and the back of my right shoulder. Yep, I'm a mess.

A trip to the chiropractor this morning resulted in a pop of the neck and two pops of my right arm. The pain seems to be much more dull this afternoon. I'll take that progress and hope for an even better tomorrow.
