What In the World Is That?

Did you have an east-facing door that was totally iced over this morning? Yes, so did we. And what's that hiding behind the iced-over glass? That's our Sheltie Cooper trying to look inside so we'll let him back in...

Actually, Cooper wasn't in any hurry to come inside since the precipitation had already quit falling. Had it still been raining/snowing, it would've been a totally different story. He's not a fan of anything falling from the sky.

I'm so glad we live in Cedar Rapids and not further east or north today. It was hard enough trying to get the door locked. I never know where the lock de-icer is when I need it so I used hot air. I've got plenty of it. Thankfully it did the trick this morning.

By the way Mother Nature, whether you know it or not, Spring arrived Friday afternoon. Please consider giving this new season the respect it deserves. Sincerely, Everyone.
