Linn-Mar graduate and North Carolina guard Marcus Paige did what seniors are supposed to do in big games. He took over. Paige knocked down big bucket after big bucket for North Carolina last night as the Tar Heels rallied from down 7 late to tie the game with less than 5 seconds left.

Paige's double clutch three-point shot with 4.7 seconds left will go down as one of the greatest shots in NCAA history. Unfortunately, it will also go down as one of the biggest side notes in history, because what happened next took our breath away.

Buzzer beater to win the national championship. That's how March Madness is supposed to end. It's no consolation to the Tar Heel players right now, or to Paige. But he certainly did his school, and Iowa proud last night!
