Through Injury Comes Opportunity

So, sounds like Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee tore his ACL during the first day of spring practice this week. That might sound like bad news, but it might be great news for a former Hawkeye. Former Iowa player Anthony Hitchens moved up to first-string middle linebacker by the end of the practice session. Hitchens was selected in the fourth round of this month's NFL draft.

“The tempo with the ones was a little faster,’’ Hitchens said. “It just shows me I’m not where I need to be right now.

“I need to get better.’’
