This Sweet Little Girl Is Looking For A Home — Pet Of The Week

Every week we feature an adoptable animal from the Cedar Valley Humane Society. Each pet has their own story, but they all have one thing in common -- they are looking for a new home. Rebecca is KHAK's Pet of the Week. Rebecca is a gray domestic shorthair/mix kitten that's just over 2 months old. She's a kitten and is very playful. Watch the video above to learn more about her.

Cedar Valley Humane Society is very busy this month with tons of great things going on!

Do you have a puppy or dog in need of obedience training? Sign up for one of the 7-week obedience classes offered at the Cedar Valley Humane Society taught by Gary Harrington, an animal behavior college certified dog trainer and AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator.

The class will cover focus, sit, down, stay, stand, walking on a loose leash, heel, and recall. Your dog must be at least five months old with a current rabies vaccination. Cost is $90 if you pre-register. If you wait until the first day of class to register, you'll pay $10 more. The class fee includes a Martingale training collar and a graduation certificate.
