The Baltimore riots forced a first in major league baseball today, and the resulting pictures are just plain weird. The Baltimore Orioles played the Chicago White Sox in front of only the media, their teammates, and the opposition. Following two days of postponements, today's game was moved to a day game and the fans were told to stay home. It made for a very strange vibe, and photos. Still, Orioles catcher Caleb Joseph had fun with it, pretending to sign autographs for the imaginary fans and then reacting to their non-existent cheering. Even the television announcers were able to have a little fun with a unique moment.

The Orioles won today's game 8-2. There was just nobody there to see it.
