The Iowa Speedway Roars Back To Life This Weekend

This weekend will be a busy weekend at the Iowa Speedway in Newton. It all starts on Saturday morning with the NASCAR Xfinity Series (formerly called the Nationwide Series) practice at 9AM. The NASCAR K&N Pro Series will start their practice at 10AM. More practices for both series are scheduled for Saturday aftenoon. The qualifying for the NASCAR Xfinity Series begins at 4:45 and qualifying for the NASCAR K&N Pro Series is set for 6PM. The NASCAR K&N Pro Series Casey's General Stores 150 is set to go green at 8PM Saturday night.

Sunday will feature the NASCAR Xfinity Series with an autograph session starting at 10AM and the NASCAR Xfinity 3M 250 set to go green at 1PM.

Cedar Rapids Drivers Landon Cassill & Joey Gase will be racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Landon will be behind the wheel of the #01 Chevy while Joey is driving the #52 Chevy.
