The Hansen’s National Dog Day

Hopefully you were able to celebrate with your dog, National Dog Day yesterday August 26th. Our dog Basil was pampered and loved... it was basically just a normal day for him. He has brought us such joy & happiness and today marks our 3rd anniversary with him.

3 years ago we received a knock on our patio door from the neighbor kids asking if we would keep him. They had 2 dogs already and a friend of their family had him, but could not keep him. He was only 9 weeks old. We had lost our dog to old age a month and a half earlier. We were debating on when to get another dog. This was we sign we needed. He has been a blessing and we couldn't ask for a better companion.
