Teacher of the Week — October 16th

This week's winner is Thad Barker from Clear Creek Amana High School!

Thad was nominated by Jennifer Montgomery. She wrote:

"To put it simply, Thad is a miracle worker! His ability to guide, inspire, motivate and encourage his students to do their best is truly a gift! He teaches a 9th and 10th grade math class on top of working with students who have IEPs. He is a person that helps every student realize their potential and is someone who makes sure that none of his students feels that they are not or cannot do as well as any other student! He is kind, patient and is passionate about his students and their success! Clear Creek Amana is very lucky to have him on their staff and I feel fortunate that my son has him for his math teacher and advisor!"
