What a crazy day of weather on Wednesday, December 15th. We went from wearing shorts and T-shirts in Mid-December to bundling up in winter gear in just a matter of hours.
Wednesday's storm spawned at least five tornadoes and straight-line winds topped 80 miles per hour in many locations. Some areas remained with power Thursday.
Along with Wednesday’s record-breaking high temperatures, it’s also the first time the area has been put in a Moderate Risk for Severe Weather in the month of December.
