The Insane Inflatable 5K, presented by GoDaddy is a month and a half away, happening on June 20-21. Many of you are getting ready for this fun event by practicing your running, stretching and jumping. Whether I'm getting ready for a race or playing basketball, here's a few tips on what NOT to do the day of the event.
