Sunday evening (Nov. 20) was a big night for country music at the 2016 American Music Awards. Carrie Underwood, Florida Georgia Line, Blake Shelton and Tim McGraw came home winners while Cam shared her experience at the awards show with fans on social media.
Cam won over country fans and radio with her No. 1 hit "Burning House," and along the way, she has gained some pretty adorable fans. Emmy Lou and Kinzlee even went viral for their cover of the Grammy-winning song.
Cam is one of the most promising female artists in country music, and she paid tribute to one of her primary influences during a recent appearance at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.
After supporting several high-profile artists on their tours, Cam will now have her name at the top of the bill with her first headlining tour kicking off Oct. 27. The Burning House Tour will include 13 dates in cities around the U.S., beginning in Chicago and wrapping in Vegas with back-to-back shows in December.
