Country singer Holly Dunn passed away early this morning at a New Mexico hospital. The singer was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Ovarian cancer in March of this year. Dunn was 59.

Dunn had a string of hits in the 1980's including 'Love Someone Like Me', and 'Strangers Again'. But it was her song 'Daddy's Hands' released in 1986, that would go on to become her most popular song. The tune didn't even hit number one on the charts, peaking at number seven. But it would be played on country radio for years after it's release.
