Should We Take Offense That Our Brand New Neighbors are Putting Up a Privacy Fence?

The last few weeks have been anxious at our house.  Our next door neighbors made the decision to sell & move to a bigger home to support their growing family.  Great for them, but what will it mean for us?  Ah, the uncertainty of getting new neighbors.

Friday, the new neighbors moved in.  Until yesterday, I hadn't even seen them.  Julie and I were on vacation and running errands when we came home to find the new homeowners in the back yard with "the fence."

They seem like absolutely terrific people.  The guy is a Twins fan, but I won't hold that against him.  Turns out they had decided, wherever they moved, they'd have a privacy fence.  What a relief.  It wasn't us.
