Ronnie Dunn has been dropping strong hints that he has signed to the Nash Icon Music Label. Ever since Reba McEntire was announced as the label’s flagship artist, Dunn has indicated he’d be next. A recent photo shows he’s for real.

The singer -- one half of the legendary duo Brooks and Dunn -- says an announcement is imminent. In the above photo, he’s wearing a “Nash-Chetta” ball cap. Scott Borchetta is an executive at Nash Icon, as well as the president of Big Machine Label Group.

The record label has not confirmed Dunn’s Facebook posts or comments. Nashville Edge reports that Dunn had confirmed an agreement with the label, and that new music is coming. However, those comments appear to have been removed. Several retweets on Twitter prove that -- at the very least -- Dunn is open to a tour with McEntire in the future.

Nash Icon is a partnership between Big Machine and Cumulus Media, one of the largest radio groups in America. In the past Dunn has taken exception to major radio conglomerates, specifically Clear Channel Communications (now known as iHeartMedia). In April he released ‘Peace, Love, and Country Music’ on his own Little Will-E Records. Neither single from the album cracked the Top 40 on country airplay charts, although a number of songs received significant airplay on SiriusXM.
