Congratulations to Kyle Busch, the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion. Kyle overcame a lot this season to take NASCAR's top crown. A lot of people don't agree with how he could be the Champion. Kyle was injured at Daytona at the start of the season breaking both legs. Kyle missed the first 11 races, almost a third of the season because of his injuries. NASCAR granted him an exception to make the Chase. NASCAR said.... Kyle had to win a race, and had to be in the Top 30 in points by the start of the Chase which was September 12th. Kyle didn't start his season until May 24th. He only had 15 races to get into the Top 30 in points and win a race.

Not only did Kyle win a race, he won 4 of them before the start of NASCAR's Chase. Kyle raced his way into the Chase and continued to keep himself up in the re-aligned NASCAR Chase Standings. When the dust cleared at Phoenix at the next to last race, Kyle was in the Top 4. Kyle needed to win at Homestead-Miami Speedway to claim the Championship, a track that Kyle had never won a Sprint Cup race before. He did just that.

Now before you go saying, "he only raced about 2/3rds of the season", read everything above that he accomplished. Kyle didn't chose to get hurt. It wasn't like he was off on a vacation and decided to start racing on Memorial Day Weekend. NASCAR set the rules and Kyle did it. He's your NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion!!!

And now that the off season is here, most Driver's will sit back, relax and catch up on family things. What will Kyle do... he's having surgery on his left foot to have the plates and screws removed and surgery on his right leg to remove the rod. Kyle will be off his feet for at least another 4 weeks healing.

Now explain to me how Kyle Busch isn't a Champion!!!
