You can see the entire route of which roads the riders will be taking across eastern Iowa HERE. This will be the first time Iowa City has hosted an overnight for RAGBRAI since 1976, and the city seems to be very excited about it! According to the official Iowa City RAGBRAI website:

"The community is invited to come out to Sand Road and welcome riders as they enter Iowa City on Friday, July 27. Join cheerleaders from the University of Iowa and local high schools as we give arriving cyclists a big wave. Bring signs and noisemakers to give riders a hearty hello."

Members of the community can stop by anytime between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., with the Iowa Cheerleaders making their appearance between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The Iowa City RAGBRAI Facebook page will be live streaming the event all day. You'll be able to see that HERE.

The party doesn't stop there, though! The Book it to Iowa City Bash will be going on from 11 a.m. to midnight in Downtown Iowa City, featuring all sorts of food, beverages, and live music. There will also be an outdoor movie presentation of Field of Dreams that will kick off at sundown (more details HERE), AND a breakdancing competition from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (more details HERE)!

Good luck, riders! We look forward to seeing you!
