Quaker Oats is recalling one of its granola bars after fears that they could be contaminated with listeria. An ingredient supplier found that some of its sunflower seed used in the bars may have been contaminated with listeria.

The voluntary recall affects 6.1-ounce boxes of Quaker Quinoa Granola Bars chocolate medley with UPC code 30000 32241 and Best Before Dates: 10/16/2016, 10/17/2016, as well as 6.1-ounce boxes of Quaker Quinoa Bars Yogurt Fruit and Nut with UPC 30000 32243 with Best Before Dates: 10/10/2016 and 10/11/2016.

So far no illnesses have been reported. If you have the products, you are urged to dispose of them or return them to the point of purchase for a full refund.
