Projected Cedar River Crest Level For Cedar Rapids has Been Lowered To 16.8 Ft For July 3rd. [BREAKING]

The crest level for the Cedar River has been reduced to 16.8 ft for Thursday.  That is down from the original 17.4 ft projected crest.  CBS 2 is reporting that sandbagging stations near NewBo Market have been shutdown for the time being.
