The college three-point championship turned out to be Iowa versus Iowa State all over again. Iowa's Peter Jok took on Naz Long from Iowa State in the opening round. Both proficient three point shooters. Naz Long helped Iowa State back to the NCAA Tournament. Jok led Iowa and the Big Ten in scoring. The Hawkeyes come out on top again. Jok outscored Long 21 to 11 to move on to the finals where the threes kept dropping!

Jok went on to beat Grand Canyon's Dwayne Russell in the finals to win the championship. Oh, and did we mention it was Jok's 23rd birthday? How many of us get a trophy like that for a birthday present? Congrats to Peter Jok for bringing home the title to Iowa City for the first time ever!
