Parking Lot Pet Peeves
Have you ever gone to the grocery store on a Sunday afternoon? If you have, then you know that the inside of the store is pretty hectic, but the parking lot can be even worse!
Busy parking lots: nobody likes them. Nobody.
On Sunday afternoon I went against my better judgment and headed over to Walmart to pick up a couple of things. I think about half of my time at the store was spent in the parking lot. At one point, a woman was walking directly down the CENTER of one of the aisles. DEAD CENTER. I was trying to get into the next row over so I could get to a parking spot, but this woman would not budge. I had absolutely no room to go around her, so I was stuck driving directly behind her at about 2 mph. Needless to say, I was a little frustrated. Even if she couldn't hear my car, she definitely saw it.
I mean, isn't it kind of common sense to not walk down the center of an aisle in a busy parking lot? It's for your own safety, but it's also a courtesy to the people trying to manuver through the lot.
This is probably my biggest parking lot pet peeve.
