Panhandling Is Necessary For Some, But One Person Was Outed On Video… [VIDEO]

Unfortunately, we see them on many Cedar Rapids street corners.  Men, and women, asking for the community's help monetarily.  Their signs vary, their ages vary, but their plea is consistent.  I often wonder about their stories... how they got to this place in their life.  Many people help, many people choose not to. Whether you believe they need your help or not, I'm sure we all agree it's sad.

If I gave them cash and found out they weren't being honest with me?  My reaction just might be something like the gentleman in the video below.  He became so angry, "gentleman" is probably being too kind.  Then again, do you blame him?
