New Restaurant Prepares to Open In Cedar Rapids This Summer

Cedar Rapids will be welcoming a brand new restaurant this summer. It's called Gianna's Italian Beef!

The new restaurant will be located in a restored building known as Cornerstone Place at 323 3rd St. S.E., on the corner of 3rd Street and 4th Ave. SE. The six-story building was once home to Iowa-Illinois Gas & Electric and will feature apartments on all the upper floors. It's a great location with 3rd St being the main thoroughfare from 1st Avenue all the way to NewBo in downtown Cedar Rapids. Here's some of what Gianna's Italian Beef will look like inside.
