New Cedar Rapids City Services Building Open For Tours Wednesday Afternoon

Another major Cedar Rapids project is now totally complete, and residents will get to take a look inside on Wednesday.  

The Cedar Rapids City Services Center Building, at the corner of 6th Street and 15th Avenue Southwest, will be open for tours during the open house from 4 to 7 pm. The building opened more than a year ago with two additions now complete. It replaces the Public Works Facility that was damaged in the flood of 2008 and has a massive footprint... 400,000 square feet to be exact.
