More Shots Fired In Cedar Rapids

Not the way to start off the National Night Out as events are scheduled across the city tonight. Officers were called to the 1400 block of 5th Avenue SE around 3:15pm Tuesday afternoon. Investigators found shell casings and a gun between some houses in the 1500 block of 5th Avenue SE. Authorities say there have not learned of any injuries but they discover a car that sustained damage.
