The flood of 2008 in Cedar Rapids left behind damage like the city had never seen before.  But, the city has risen to the challenge, and overcome much of what the flood waters left behind.  What the flood also left is almost a paranoia.  A feeling every spring that leaves many residents wondering, could this happen again?  If you lived in or worked in an area directly affected by the flood waters that year, its hard not to think that way.  CBS2/Fox28 chief meteorologist Terry Swails has a special that airs tonight during the Fox news at 9, and the CBS news at 10.  Terry talked with us about what led to the flood of 08, and why he feels it will most likely never happen again.
