Men Spend Less Time Christmas Shopping — And Other Shocking News

With all the big holiday shopping days coming up, it's probably safe to assume that you've been thinking about what to get your friends and family this year. But exactly how much time do you plan to spend actually shopping for those gifts? Well, according to a new survey, men plan on spending less time than women.

SHOCKING.

23% of men say they will spend less than an hour shopping for their gifts this year, compared to 12% of women, and 3% of men actually said that that would spend less than TEN MINUTES. Want to guess how many women said they could shop for all their gifts in less than ten minutes? That's right, zero.

But, just because men spend less time putting thought into their gifts, that doesn't mean they're cheap. On average, the most women have ever spent on one gift is $401, while the most men have ever spent on a single gift is $769.

So at least if your gift is thoughtless and expensive, there's always the option to return it. Always keep your gift receipt. :)
