Marion’s New Restaurant Celebrates Grand Opening

One of Marion’s newest restaurants will celebrate its official grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, December 14 at 4:30 p.m.

Brittany Hannah opened Bistro 3 Nineteen at 796 11^th St in Marion featuring a made-from-scratch menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant also offers wine and local craft beers. 

The name Bistro 3 Nineteen is, of course, a reference to the Eastern Iowa Area Code (319).

“Our first three months have been a great opportunity to get to know our customers and get acclimated with the community,” said Hannah. “I’m grateful to the staff and community for all their support.”

Prior to opening, Hannah owned and operated Bistro on the. River in Cedar Rapids for about three years. She is a graduate of Linn-Mar High School and resides in Marion.

“I chose to locate here because it’s a great place to live and work. This community loves to support local businesses and I’m proud to be in Marion.”
