The 7,400-square-foot house, planned for construction at 101 Lusk Ave., would feature men's and women's bathrooms, a theater, mini-basketball court, and a courtyard.

Future neighbors are already raising concerns and many are opposing the construction of the house.

Unfortunately for those neighbors, there's not much that can be done to prevent the Kinnick-style house from being built, as long as it meets city code.

No word on when construction is set to start, but keep your eyes out for this residential Kinnick Stadium.
