Leah Turner is one country newcomer humble enough to realize she’s working for one of the greatest of all time. And she’s taking notes. The ‘Pull Me Back’ singer says Brad Paisley has been nothing but kind to her and her crew.

“Just his whole team is so kind,” she tells Taste of Country. “They feed us well. Catering is amazing. They allow us to use the big screens and the video. When we have one-offs (solo shows) before we come out on that tour they gave us our ear racks so we sound the same.”

“By doing all of that, what he’s taught me is that when I’m in his position, to treat your opening acts very well, because that’s how he treats us," she adds.

Turner is not alone with her praise for how Paisley treats his opening acts. Scotty McCreery, the Band Perry, Justin Moore, Taylor Swift -- all learned from the Country Nation Tour headliner. This year, Charlie Worsham, Randy Houser and Dee Jay Silver join Turner as opening acts. The tour stopped by the Taste of Country Music Festival in June. Dates run through November.
