‘Kids Day At Kinnick’ Coming In August

The University of Iowa has scheduled it's 'Kids Day at Kinnick' for 2018. This year's event will be held on Saturday, August 11th. Gates will open up at 11 a.m. with practice starting at around noon.

Team members will be signing autographs for kids beginning at 11:30 a.m. along the front of the west and south stands. Fans will be able to grab free schedule posters, magnets, and rosters. Officials discourage fans from bringing any other items to be autographed.

If you're planning on attending Kids Day this year, you can enter Kinnick Stadium at Gates A and E. Regular season gameday searches will still occur. Fans will be allowed to sit in the south and west stands. There will be NO field access on Kids Day.

The school also reminds fans that the events are geared towards younger Hawkeye fans. Possession or consumption of alcohol on University property is prohibited by law. For more information on Kids Day, head to HawkeyeSports.com.
