KHAK’s Teacher Of The Week – September 1st

It's time to honor another great teacher here in Eastern Iowa with our KHAK Teacher of the Week Award! 

We kick off the 2017-2018 school year with our first winner, Julie Kaefring from North Cedar Elementary! She was nominated by Kimberly who had this to say about our winning teacher.

She goes above and beyond to help each student. She makes sure they succeed in all they do. My daughter had a classmate that is in a wheel chair. She always includes them in everything. She even brought in a Braille Translator to help other students understand how their classmate must learn how to read.
