Is This A Candy Store? Nope, It’s My House

The week before Christmas is a crazy time at our house. Julie goes into her annual candy-making frenzy and every available moment is filled with the making of delectable holiday treats. Last night was peanut cluster night. She could tell you the exact number, which remained whole for only a short time before I was given permission to take two. That's perfectly fine, because if I was given an open-ended number, I'd probably turn a pale shade of Hershey's chocolate.

Where do they all go? Friends, co-workers, neighbors, and relatives who are as giddy as school children when their bag of goodies is delivered. I have no doubt the making and passing out of the candy are two of Julie's greatest joys of the year. 

After Courtlin mentioned yesterday morning that she'd never had Peanut Butter Balls, KHAK listeners came to the rescue with some deliveries this morning. I'm hoping our breakfast bar will be filled with them tonight...
