Iowa senior Peter Jok led the Big Ten in scoring. Now he is a member of the first team all-conference squad. Jok became the 4th straight Hawkeye to be named First Team All-Big Ten after averaging 20.2 pts, 5.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game. Jok joins Devyn Marble, Aaron White, and Jared Uthoff as Big Ten first teamers.

Sophomore Nicholas Baer was named the sixth man of the year in the Big Ten. Baer averaged 7.6 points and 6 rebounds per game for Iowa. Baer had a career-high 20 points in Sunday's win over Penn State.

Iowa was the only school with 2 players on the all-freshman team. Point guard Jordan Bohannon and forward Tyler Cook made the squad. Bohannon set a new Iowa freshman record for assists, while Cook was the only other player than Jok to average in double-digit points.

Iowa plays Indiana in the Big Ten Tournament Thursday evening at 5:30 p.m. The game is televised on ESPN2.
