Iowa Takes Down #1 Michigan State

The Iowa Men's Basketball led the entire game and took down #1 Michigan State 83-70. Iowa was led by Senior Mike Gesell with 25 points at a sold-out Carver Hawkeye Arena.

This was the first win for the Iowa basketball team over Michigan State since 2011. The last time an Iowa Basketball team beat a #1 ranked team was back in 1999 when Iowa defeated Connecticut.
