The Iowa State Cyclones are back in action this weekend. The Cyclones will host the Kansas Jayhawks at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames. The Cyclones are favored by 16 1/2 points over the Jayhawks who are winless this season. However, Iowa State has lost nine conference games in a row dating back to last season.

Iowa State started off the season win a convincing win over Northern Iowa. The Cyclones then lost in week 2 to Iowa in Ames, however Iowa State played the Hawkeyes close until the last 4 minutes of the game. Iowa State went on the road 2 weeks ago at Toledo, OH and lost in double overtime. Toledo the week before Iowa State, had traveled to a Top 25 Team in Arkansas and knocked off one of the Top preseason pick's to win the SEC Conference.
