Iowa Native To Join The Cast Of ‘The View’

When the 20th season of 'The View' premieres on ABC September 6th, an Iowa native will be on the panel. Sara Haines is set to officially join the cast of the show after appearing as an occasional co-host in the past.

'The View' will continue to be moderated by Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar, Candace Cameron Bure, Paula Farris, and Raven Symone are also set to return.

Haines, a native of Newton, Iowa, joined ABC News in 2013. She currently appears on weekends on 'Good Morning America' as the pop news anchor.
