Iowa Named One of the Smartest States in the US

Congratulations, Iowans! A new study took a look at the smartest states in America, and it turns out Iowa is pretty high in the ranks.

Now, Washington Post, the people in charge of the study, understand that the terms "smart" and "dumb" are open to interpretation, so this is what they based their results on: IQ, 2015 SAT scores, 2015 ACT scores, and the percentage of college grads in the state. So basically, this is how "book-smart" each state is. Iowa came in at #8! Here's the rest of the top 10:

Now to the opposite end of the spectrum...
