Iowa Man Scratches $30,000 Lottery Itch TWICE

Scratchin' and Cashin' in. That's what a Cherokee man has been up to lately. Clark Voge won two separate $30,000 lottery scratch cards within two months. What's even more unlikely is that he purchased the winning cards at the same store in Cherokee.

The odds of such a windfall are about 1 in 129,000. He thought he had taken home a $300 prize, but after he scanned them a couple of extra zeros were on the printout.

Voge says he plans to save most of the money.
