If you're a fan of mac and cheese, you're going to loooovvveeee this. It's a restaurant (or cheesery if you will) dedicated to macaroni and cheese!

If cheesery wasn't a word before, it is now. According to the Quad-City Times, the Cheesy Cow Mac & Cheesery will be opening its doors in Bettendorf, Iowa sometime in the middle of August. The eatery is described as "a gourmet macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese restaurant" Yum! Their menu will feature eleven big-portioned mac and cheese dishes, six melts, four salads and at least one soup (probably Tomato).

Owners Beth and Greg Aronson told the QC Times that they got the idea for this new cheesy restaurant after traveling in Wisconsin and seeing similar places. Beth decided that they needed a place like that here in Iowa, and so the Cheesy Cow was born!

It’s my favorite comfort food. I just love cheese. What can you say?”-Beth Aronson told The Quad-City Times.

A restaurant that's all about macaroni and cheese....is this heaven!? We can't wait to see all of the gooey, cheesy delicious menu items. Summer couldn't come soon enough!
