February 14th is a great day for lots of Americans, but for others? Not so much. Yesterday was Valentine's Day, and I make no secret of the fact that I don't celebrate it. A lot of people might think I'm just some lonely, bitter single, and that may be partially true, but I didn't enjoy celebrating it the 4 years I was in a relationship, either. Here's the thing, though: even though I dislike Valentine's Day, I don't try to ruin it for everybody else. I don't go on social media and bash people for celebrating, I usually just make some sort of joke about being in a relationship with cheese.

According to a new map from Body Nutrition, the five states that complained the most about being single on Valentine’s Day on Twitter this year are:

  • Utah
  • Texas
  • Nevada
  • Alaska
  • Idaho

Iowas just missed the top five, coming in at number 6, and Hawaii, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma rounded out the top ten.

If you celebrated yesterday, I hope you had a wonderful Valentine's Day! If not, I hope you had a decent Wednesday :)
