What could you do within the span of six hours?

Probably quite a bit.

How about sit and watch a college baseball game?

The University of Iowa baseball team beat Sacramento State last night, 4-3. The game lasted 18 innings and took six hours and two minutes to complete. That's a doozy.

The game had a 4:00 start at Duane Banks Field, so it wrapped up a little after 10:00. That's a lot of baseball for one day.

The win moves the Hawkeyes to 31-11, 13-2 in the Big Ten. The team is currently in second place in the conference. There's a really good chance this team could not only qualify for the NCAA tournament, but maybe even host a first round series.

If you want to catch the Hawks in action, they only have four remaining regular season home games. They host Western Illinois on May 5th, and play Minnesota in a weekend series starting May 8th.
